Where do you ship?
We deliver nightmares worldwide, though we cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two terrifyingly good shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

How long does order processing take?
Our horror experts carefully prepare each order in 1-2 business days. During peak season (September-October), we recommend ordering early to ensure your decorations arrive in time to terrify.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order of terror ships, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your package’s journey from our nightmare warehouse to your haunting grounds.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees and import duties that may apply in their country. These are not included in our shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we deliver. If your horror masterpiece doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Because even in horror, customer satisfaction shouldn’t be scary.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
What condition must items be in for returns?
Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging. For safety reasons, masks and costumes must be unused and in resalable condition.

No, you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your orders and receive notifications about our latest terrifying offerings.
