1. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges for which you will be responsible.

2.1 Product Descriptions

• Props – From Alien Props and Animal Props to Bloody/Gory Props

• Decorations – Animated and static pieces to transform any space
• Special Effects – Including Cobweb Machines and other haunting accessories

2.2 Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain stock of all our terrifying creations, we cannot guarantee availability of any specific item.

2.3 Product Modifications

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We cannot guarantee that colors and textures will appear exactly as shown on your device due to variations in monitor displays.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

3.3 Pricing

3.5 Order Cancellation

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Order Processing

Your orders are carefully prepared in our haunted workshop within 1-2 business days before being unleashed into the world.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two chillingly efficient shipping methods:

  Carriers: DHL or FedEx
  Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  Perfect for when you need your horrors delivered with spine-chilling speed
• Free Shipping
  Available on orders over $50
  Carrier: EMS
  Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  Ideal for patient haunters building their collection of terrors

4.3 Shipping Limitations

We ship worldwide, but some Asian countries and remote locations may be excluded from delivery. If you’re unsure about your location, contact our Horror Support Team before ordering.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we cannot be held responsible.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Some of our most terrifying creations cannot be returned once unleashed from their packaging:

• Animatronics – Once these mechanical monsters have been activated, they cannot be returned to their dormant state
• Bloody / Gory Props – Due to the nature of these items and potential contamination concerns
• Opened Masks (Alien Masks, Classic Monster Masks, Clown Masks) – For hygiene reasons
• Custom or personalized items crafted specifically for your haunting needs

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Our Horror Support Team at [email protected]
2. Wait for authorization (we’ll respond within 2 business days)
3. Package and ship your return to our Returns Department

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

5.5 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within:

• Other payment methods: 7-14 business days

5.6 Exchanges
